Cross Country Skiing
First of all I would like to congratulate all the Olympian athletes for another amazing winter Olympic. Canada came in third in the medal count. This has been our best Olympic showing so far.

So I went to the Canmore Nordic Center on Friday February 23rd, 2018 and went cross country skiing. I did two laps of the Banff trial. Each lap was 11 km, so in total I did 22 km. It took about four hours including my lunch break. That is on sport that I need to improve on. I didn't take any photos or video. Sorry.
Just to let everybody know, my legs were super sore but are feeling better now.
