A quick hike of Exshaw Canyon

Here is a short video of a canyon located just east of the small village of Eshaw. At the beginning of the video will show the directions on how to get there. Take highway 1A from calgary, which in it self is a beautiful drive, to Eshaw. Just before you reach Eshaw there is a little turn off for parking. This is straight across from Graymount Eshaw plant.

You can take this hike all the way to Lake Minnewanka, Banff National Park. I have never done it. I have only been told that this could be done. Also make sure to check out the time of season because Lake Minnewanka is shut down due to Bears being in the area.

Another word of caution, this a creek bed so at certain times of the year the water might be flowing to much for accessibility.
